Following are the checks, which we undertake as part of employee vetting exercise:

Educational check: Authenticating the educational degrees from graduation on wards including all professional certifications. We undertake foolproof task of eliminating this risk by personally confirming the status of the degrees/certificates with the issuing authorities. The verification system further entails unearthing –Unregistered and fake educational, professional certification institutes & universities. Fake degrees and mark sheets Enrolled but never attended.

Employment check: We verify with the previous organization’s HR departments and the subject’s immediate line manager. The exercise will enable us to verify salary details, tenure of work, designation, rehire status and insight into crucial HR factors such as attitude towards job, zeal, teamwork & problem solving skills, honesty & integrity. The verification system further entails unearthing – “Job shops” issuing fake employment certificates, exaggeration of compensation structure, designation, job content.

Criminal Check: We undertake criminal record check at the present and permanent residence of the subject. Our verification process includes – Any criminal offence registered against the subject with the local police records. Court records search regarding litigation if any

Address verification: We verify subject’s residential address in terms of his tenure of living and ownership (this would be conducted based on only discrete enquiries). However, based on client needs, we can carry out overt verification as well known as contact point verification (CPV).

Identification proof verification: We undertake to verify identification proofs issued by the state and other government authorities. This includes: Passport verification Driver’s license, PAN card, Election ID cards, Ration cards etc.

Reference check:We collect information on the subject’s reputation and character in her sphere of influence including subject’s conduct and interaction in the social strata, involvement in unlawful activities, family disputes and any other conflicts.

Online Database checks:We search various online databases pertaining to public records, watch list updates, media searches, business information services, credit checks, civil & criminal litigation and other relevant Indian and prescribed international databases.
